HISTORY

Scourge is a one-time ruler of Warworld who confronted Walker Gabriel and the Flash (John Fox) in the year 11,021 AD. Scourge was to take the time gauntlets of the Flash but was tricked by Gabriel into a time loop.

According to Gabriel, had he not enticed Scourge with the gauntlets the Warworld Khan would commandeer a Vidar-Allen Time-Engine and intergrate it into Warworld's hyper-drive. With past, present and future open to him, Scourge would eventually conquer Krypton killing half the population, resulting in Superman being erased from history. - Chronos #1,000,000

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Scourge possessed the Savitar Leech, capable of draining the kinetic force from any moving opponent. It is presumed he had great strength as well, though his full abilities have not been documented.
