HISTORY

A member of a pacifist race, Ry'jll became a Green Lantern but was excluded from combat by the Guardians of the Universe. She became friends with Lantern Voz and was to be an assistant to Salakk but for the malign influence of Krona. The Green Lantern Corps was corrupted and under the influence of Krona and Parallax were controlled and sent across the universe spreading fear.

Though Krona and Parallax were defeated, many Lanterns found themselves unable to cope with the death and destruction done by their hands. Ry'jll was taken off active duty and put under the care of Lantern Meadlux. -Green Lantern Vol. 2 #63
