Vladimir Mikoyan, a.k.a. Rocket Red #7, was the first member of the Soviet Rocket Red Brigade to be admitted into the Justice League International. During the Millennium event, he was exposed as a Manhunter android and destroyed by Booster Gold. He was succeeded as JLI member by Rocket Red #4, Dmitri Pushkin.
