HISTORY
Years ago, Buck LeSabre was a stuntman and stuntcar designer. When he was no longer able to work as a stuntman, he opened a used car dealership. Desperate to save his failing business, LeSabre stole a mint condition 1951 Studebaker, knowing he could make an easy sale from an interested customer. He soon realized he could quickly steal cars and built a snatcher van to help take cars right off the road.
Dubbed the Roadster by the media, LeSabre had a profitable criminal enterprise until he crossed paths with the Blue Devil. The two had a final showdown on the road, where Cassidy, driving his Devilmobile demolished the snatcher van and apprehended the Roadster. LeSabre has not been seen since. - Blue Devil #21
