HISTORY

The planet Rishta was a relatively peaceful world of humanoid lifeforms, with no major wars and technology based on the internal combustion engine. Despite that it had no previous contact with visitors from other worlds, Vril Dox II of the L.E.G.I.O.N. decide it would be an ideal opportunity to offer the technologically advanced services of his newly formed organization. Despite assigning a team to make a preliminary offer, the team had been sidetracked by outside circumstances. It is not known if Rishta was ever approached for L.E.G.I.O.N. membership.
