HISTORY

This thuggee originally worked for Jihad and had his back broken by Bronze Tiger. Giving him an exoskeleton that allowed him movement, he was then forced to work with the Suicide Squad during the Janus Directive. He was later killed by Kobra while the Squad faced him with the help of the Hayoth.

BLACK LANTERN: RAVAN

During the event known as the Blackest Night, a black ring descended upon Ravan's corpse located in Belle Reve. The ring downloaded all of the Ravan's memories and created a duplicate of his body that rose from the grave as a member of the Black Lantern Corps to prey upon the Suicide Squad and the Secret Six. Black Lantern Ravan was destroyed by the explosion of a Manhunter which released spectrum energy. -Secret Six Vol. 3 #18
