HISTORY
- Ras-Krom was a superstitious criminal sentenced to the Phantom Zone before the destruction of Krypton. His crime and sentence have not been documented at this time. Decades later on Earth, the accidental explosion of an atomic missile opened a small, temporary breach in the Zone through which Ras-Krom escaped. Once free, he sought out components to create his own Phantom Zone projector with the intent to create his own "Super Gang" of released criminals. Ras-Krom's superstitions got the best of him, as Superman and Jimmy Olsen tricked the criminal back into imprisonment in the Zone.
