Synopsis:

While the Power Company field agents are doing a TV interview, the Power Company building is invaded by the Strike Force. However, the combined forces of Josiah Power and the runaway Sapphire defeat the humiliated villains. Josiah then arranges for Sapphire to join the Company. Meanwhile, a jogger named Richard Benedict encounters a mystical crystal on the beach of San Francisco... and is killed when he touches it. And in the San Francisco Airport, Christine St. Clair and Asano Nitobe join up to investigate who is impersonating their old friend, Manhunter Paul Kirk.
