Synopsis:

Successful lawyer Josiah Power's life was ruined when, as a result of the 'gene-bomb' set off in the aftermath of the Alien Alliance's invasion of Earth, he transformed into a monster in the court room. Later, no longer able to practice law just in case it happened again, he got captured by a group who wished to use metahumans to commit crimes for them. However, as he had no control over his transformations, he was never sent on any missions. Eventually, the Justice League got wind of the group, and moved in to shut it down. Having finally discovered how to use his powers (though not having told his captors), Josiah was able to assist them from within, helping to bring about the group's collapse.
Now, shortly afterwards, he is unsure of where he should be headed, but Superman seems confident that a man of his talents and character will find a worthwhile new direction in life.
