Synopsis: - When Navy Lieutenant Celia Forrestal's parents are killed by the mercenary organization called Scorpio, she takes possession of the weapon the villains are looking for – an invention of her parents called "the Argo Harness". With the assistance of Green Lantern, she uses the Harness to bring at least some of her parents' killers to justice. Green Lantern later persuades Celia to enter the super-hero business. Celia, not being satisfied with her position in the U.S. Navy, takes his advice. Six months later, she makes her debut as Skyrocket.
