HISTORY

A corrupt businessman who became a costumed criminal when his pinball manufacturing company went bankrupt. As Pinball Wizard, he allied himself with two other failed businessmen-gone-supervillains, Bad Penny and the Printer's Devil II. The trio attacked the Star City World's Fair, blaming its futuristic exploits for putting them out of business, but were battled and defeated by Green Arrow (Oliver Queen).
