HISTORY
The first director of Project Cadmus, Westfield was a somewhat immoral bureaucrat who used his government pull to perform the impossible. His biggest contribution to the world was created after an attempt to clone Superman. When it failed, Westfield instead made a clone of himself and mutated it, patterned its genes so that it closely resembled Superman's Kryptonian DNA. The result broke free from captivement at Cadmus and became Superboy, the Teen of Steel. Westfield was also the creator of Auron (II), a solar-powered clone of the Guardian (I). Westfield was eventually killed by mad Cadmus scientist Dabney Donovan. He was replaced as Cadmus director by Mickey Cannon.
