HISTORY

A graffiti artist and super-villain who employed super-high pressure aerosol cans in his crimes in Star City. Ozone was defeated by Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), who also saved Ozone twice, once from his psychotic father, and once from the Motorcycle Gang known as the Werewolves.
