OVERVIEW

A despot who ruled the planet Thanagar with an iron grip. His very touch is death, and he has corrupted the soul of the planet (the psycho-responsive Nth metal) in order to rule unopposed. However, a powerful resistance movement against him recruited the Earth's Hawkgirl and Hawkman, who defeated him (despite his claims that he is one of the planet's seven devils) with the help of the Justice Society.
