HISTORY

Recruited by Doctor Impossible, Earl became known as Neon Black, a villain resembling the New God Lightray. They battled the Justice League of America before partnering with the Crime Syndicate of Amerika in a purported attempt the resurrect Alexander Luthor, Jr. (Earth-3 - Pre-Crisis Multiverse), but in reality was a failed attempt to bring back Darkseid. Rather, they brought the being known as the Omega Man who killed Neon Black, Hunter and Tender Mercy in the process.
