OVERVIEW

The body of the Mirror Monarch appeared in the middle of a Central City street where it was investigated by police scientist Barry Allen. Originally believed to be the Mirror Master, the deceased was named by Commander Cold, who claims to be from the 25th century. Preliminary results suggest Mirror Monarch was killed in battle with unknown forces. - The Flash Vol. 3 #1
