POWERS AND WEAPONS
Manhunter was skilled in hand-to-hand combat and possessed strength and agility on a level above the average man. He had no superhuman powers, but used his knowledge of psychology to instill fear in criminals.
He was aided by Thor, the Thunder Dog, a companion given to him by the Manhunters. Unbeknownst to Richards, Thor was actually an android used to keep tabs on him.
