HISTORY

A disgruntled insect exterminator, Elmer Pane developed insect hormones which could transform humans into insect-men. In 1943, taking the name "King Bee," Pane and his mostly unwilling accomplices fought the Justice Society of America.

King Bee would later be transported back one year to 1942 by Per Degaton to battle the All-Star Squadron, including his enemy Hawkman.
