First appearance of the Nebula Rod.
As the DCU Guide takes the view of the post-Crisis on Infinite Earths continuity, the Earth-2 / Golden Age Green Arrow and Speedy were replaced in continuity by T.N.T. and Dyna-Mite.
A post-Crisis version of this story was recounted in Countdown #46/2.
