Synopsis: - Jay and Joan explain to their friends why they must move to Denver so that Joan can get treatment. Wally was going to ask them to look after Bart now that Max has disappeared, but feels this would be wrong; however, Joan insists on it. When Wally tells Bart about this, he is less than impressed as yet another decision has been made for him. After a few adventures that lead the two speedsters to Wally's home town of Blue Valley, Bart agrees to the decision and Wally agrees to be a little easier on him. He bids a sad farewell to his friends and Helen as he and Dox move to Denver.
