HISTORY

A wizard in ancient Egypt, considered the father of modern chemistry and medieval alchemy, Hermes Trismegistus is said to have taught the secret of immortality to Noah and Methuselah thousands of years ago. After 1200 years of life, Trismegistus committed suicide, to acheve his final rest, or so he believed.

His remains were unearthed in the 18th century. By the early 21st century he was on display in the Smallville Museum of Marvels where he was resurrected by Felix Faust who sought immortality for himself.
