Hawkfire first appeared in Batwoman Vol. 2 #1 (November 2011); (as Hawkfire) Batwoman Vol. 2 #17 (April 2013). First historical appearance was in (as Betty Kane/Bat-Girl) Batman Vol. 1 #139 (April 1961); (as Bette Kane/Flamebird) Secret Origins Annual Vol. 2 #3 (1989).
