OVERVIEW

A Central City Police Department detective and close friend to Barry Allen, August Heart has always been after his brother's killer. After a speed force storm rampaged through Central City, August gained speed powers and the ability to steal speed from other new speedsters. He used these powers for good, but it corrupted him and he killed without remorse.
