Synopsis: - Wally West is forced to come to the conclusion that he is the Flash - after all, he has super-speed and someone gave him the ring which contains the Flash costume. His greatest worry is that he'll have to tell his wife soon. Meanwhile, Alexander Petrov has announced that the chief suspect for the cop killings is Captain Cold, and Ashley Zolomon, the city's new rogue profiler, arrives looking for Wally. Donning the costume for the first time, Flash sets out after Captain Cold, but instead encounters Mister Element, who freezes him instantly.
