HISTORY

Flamesplasher was the name used by a pair of twin criminals: one generated fire, the other, water. Originally, they belonged to a criminal gang led by Two-Face, who used super-powered twin teams (the other ones being Sizematic I & II and Darklight I & II) to commit spectacular thefts. Two-Face and his minions were defeated by the Teen Titans.
