HISTORY

When Don Hall, the original Dove, began to exhibit signs of chaos, the Lords of Order and Chaos decided to replace him with someone who would remain true to Order alone. They found Dawn Granger and granted her power in the midst of the great Crisis, causing Don's death in the process.

Dawn, unaware that is was her activation as Dove which allowed Don to die, sought out Hawk, Don's bereaved brother Hank, and fought alongside him as the new Dove. She served at his side as a voice of reason and control until being killed by Monarch, a future incarnation of Hawk. Somehow, Dawn came back to life and would once assume the role of Dove, this time with her sister Holly as the new Hawk.
