OVERVIEW

Brothers Hank and Don Hall were given powers by a Lord of Order and a Lord of Chaos as an experiment. Don, the more passive of the two, became Dove, while his more aggressive sibling became Hawk. Don's powers, as a representative of order, were defensive and protective in nature and lasted only as long as danger or injustice threatened. His life was ended by a falling wall during the cataclysmic Crisis.
