HISTORY

A former foe of Rex Tyler, the original Hourman, Dr Iker specialized in genetics. After a long stay in prison he has reformed and now works for Tylerco., in which capacity he was able to aid Sand when the hero was first coming to terms with his new powers. The new Hourman, who has Rex's memories, was very surprised to see the Doctor working for Tylerco.
