Synopsis: - While Batman and Robin track down Firefly, his rival Firebug plans a big comeback. He encounters the two heroes on his next outing, and seemingly perishes in a fire he set himself. The media have a field day with Mayor Krol's accusation that James Gordon is guilty of police brutality, an accusation designed to erode the former commissioner's support as mayoral candidate. Later, Firefly takes his neighbor Deelia on a date and shows her his passion for the flames. She is unimpressed, and is equally irritated when Batman and Robin arrive to bring Firefly in, which is eventually accomplished.
