Synopsis: - Following his injuries, Bruce Wayne is forced to use the body-transfer technology he appropriated from his enemies (the illicit WayneTech researchers) to take over Roy Kane's body in order to pretend Batman is still on the streets. Meanwhile, Henri Ducard guesses Wayne's secret as the various factions of his enemies begin to tear their own operation apart. Roy is killed in the struggle, as are the leaders of the cartel, one of them assassinated by Ducard, but not before their plot is exposed and Bruce Wayne cleared of charges of espionage.
