HISTORY

Dal Tornan was relatively new to the Green Lantern Corps when he first came into contact with the Cosmoteers. The small group, claiming to be freedom fighters, were launching attacks on the research facilities of Dominator X though their methods and results were becoming no less brutal than their foe- Superboy: The Man of Tomorrow #3

Tipped off about the Cosmoteers' actions on planet Andono, Dal Tornan discovered the Cosmoteers had murdered the prisoners. He pursued the Cosmoteers to Decidia to place them under arrest but the combined speed and abilities used by the trio caught him off guard and the Green Lantern was killed.
