HISTORY

Crackle was a member of the Clock King's Clockwatchers, who were defeated by Chase, the Teen Titans (II), Booster Gold, and Firehawk in less than 15 minutes of fighting.

The teen villains were taken into the custody of the D.E.O. and presumably were taken to one of the Orphanages. - Chase #4
