HISTORY

Captain Demo led a pirate crew and managed to briefly conquer Atlantis before being defeated by Aquaman.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Though he and his crew were dressed like the stereotypical late 18th Century pirates, their technology was anything but antiquated. They came equipped with laser weaponry which outwardly resembled the weapons of older days but worked like technology from the future.
