HISTORY

Cancero, self-described as "the Electrical Crab Man" appeared in Fairfax attempting to take hostages while stealing a nuclear submarine. He was thwarted by Chris King and Vicki Grant in their H-E-R-O-dial generated identities of Oxide and the Harp.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Cancero wore an armored costume, suitable for undersea activity. Weaponry included pincer clas capable of tearing metal as well as concussive shock blasts released from the head mounted antennae. It is presumed the armor also granted super strength.
