Synopsis:

A number of muggings are reported in Gotham with a common theme - the victims all use a wheelchair or other aid to movement, and have all made claims for compensation against those who caused the accidents that made the aids necessary. Barbara Gordon spots this pattern, but feels unable to talk about it to Batman or her father, as they both blame themselves to a degree for her own disablement. With Alfred's help, she tracks down a number of people who match the muggers' description and who've had claims made against them. To flush him out, she pretends to have decided to sue her father, Dr. Arkham and Bruce Wayne for the alleged negligence which could arguably have led to her shooting. That night, he inevitably attacks her at her apartment, unaware of her combat skills and of the watchful presence of the police.
