Synopsis: - Green Arrow, Batgirl, Robin and Spoiler race to rescue Eddie Fyers who is being quite literally crucified by Agrippina and the soldiers of the Ninth Legion. She is searching for the legendary relic, the eagle of the ninth, and believes Jack Drake knows where it is. Eddie (who is posing as drake) is rescued, and Agrippina possibly perishes when her building is destroyed by fire. Later, Jack reveals to his son that the eagle is indeed in his possession.
