Synopsis: - Batman gives Batgirl and Green Arrow a list of known Gotham members of the mysterious 'Ninth Legion', one of whom is Jack Drake. Eddie Fyers impersonates Drake at a public event, and is duly captured. Robin and Spoiler are on the team and join the hunt.
