HISTORY

An ancient genie from Quraci mythology who occupies his own circle of Hell known as O'salla Ben Duuram - "the Oasis of the Damned". The combined forces of Robin, Green Arrow and Eddie Fyers weren't enough to stop the demon from attempting to kill Robin's friend Ali Ben Khadir, the Rhafi of Dhabar, but an amulet in the possession of Ali turned Arrakhat against his master, the Arghulian, instead.
