HISTORY

The young Rhafi (religious leader) of the Middle-Eastern nation of Dhabar, Ali Ben Khadir also studied at Brentwood Academy, together with Tim Drake (a.k.a. Robin III). He was almost killed by the demon known as Arrakhat, but an amulet in the possession of Ali turned Arrakhat against his master, the Arghulian, instead.
