HISTORY

Noah Pasternetti was a torch for the Mafia until they found out that he was a squealer who informed a reporter. As punishment, they strapped him in a LexCorp nuclear plant and blew it up. Similar to the villain Neutron, Pasternetti survived as an energy form, and was placed in a containment suit by LexCorp. As Arclight, he has battled Superman.
