HISTORY

Calling himself "the world's greatest jewel thief" this French criminal was a skilful burglar and master of death traps who made fools of both the original Teen Titans and the Russian hero Starfire (I) when they attempted to stop him from stealing the Swedish Crown Jewels in Stockholm. However, after some mutual antagonism between the Americans and the Russian, they worked together and were finally able to defeat LeBlanc.
