HISTORY

Sometime during the 1940s, an ex-convict stole an experimental suit of armor from the War Department. As the suit was powered by radium, he sought to raid a shipment of the element only to run afoul of the first Hourman and have the suit destroyed.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

The radium powered armor was able to lift several tons and was impervious to small arms fire.
