The super-speeding XS is Jenni Ognats, a now-veteran member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st century. A second-generation native of the planet Aarak, she is the daughter of Dawn Allen (one of the fabled Tornado Twins), the granddaughter of Flash Barry Allen, and the cousin of Impulse.
