OVERVIEW

Will Von Hammer is a private investigator with superhuman powers who operates from out of Bonn, Germany. He carries on a legacy from the Golden Age, when his maternal grandfather was a masked crimefighter under the alias Stormy Foster.

HISTORY

The grandson of 1940s hero Stormy Foster, also known as The Great Defender, Will Von Hammer has inherited an altered genetic structure which gives him greater strength and invulnerability than the average person. Von Hammer uses these abilities to carry on his grandfather's good work.

Will Von Hammer's mother was an American soldier stationed in Germany when she met Will's father. Today, Von Hammer works as a private investigator in Bonn, Germany. He recently teamed up with Mon-El to crack a case involving a beautiful widow, cused stolen rubies and the lasty will and testament of a billionaire albino midget.
