HISTORY
The first White Lantern power ring was recently created and worn briefly by Thaal Sinestro of Korugar. The capabilities are currently unknown. As Black Hand was restored to life, he vomited White Lantern rings, which restored the lives of a dozen Black Lanterns.
Currently, there appears to be only one White Lantern ring in existence. The ring is worn by Boston Brand, better known as Deadman but a name that misrepresents Brand's current status. - Brightest Day #0
It is not known if the ring itself is talking to Brand, or if the voice is that of the Light Entity.
