HISTORY

Wendy Foster is the fiancee of US Senator Thomas Wright, and did not notice that he had been replaced by Black Condor after the death of her betrothed (or never referred to that fact). Miss Foster often accompanied "Thomas" on trips and vacations and was enamored of the Black Condor, who rescued her on several occasions.

She has no recorded appearances after 1943.
