OVERVIEW

Velocity 9 and 10 are narcotics that speed up the metabolism of humans, causing rapid aging and severe addiction. Produced by Vandal Savage as a means to addict and take control over the wealthy and powerful members of society, Velocity 9 caused of a rush of hyperspeed robberies in Keystone City, until being stopped by the Flash (Wally West).

More recently, Vandal Savage introduced a new version of the drug named Velocity 10 on New York's drug market, this time aimed at teenagers. This drug caused different parts of the body to metabolise at different rates. This time, Savage's plans were thwarted by the Titans.
