Synopsis: - Tempest must make a choice between his life with the Titans and his life with Dolphin and Cerdian, his wife and child. He opts for the latter, and leaves the Titans, who are failing spectacularly in their attempts to rebuild Titans Tower. The remaining Titans are contacted by the Pentagon who tell them that a satellite has been destroyed by one of their own - Starfire.
