Synopsis:

Troia's presence in Titans Tower sets off an intruder alarm, and the other Titans don't recognize her. She displays an intimate knowledge of them, but there is no record of her existence, let alone involvement with the team. When even Lian, Arsenal's daughter, fails to recognize her, she flies away. Jim Hall, who in his position as police captain used to work closely with the Titans, is standing for mayor of New York. He is attacked by Shockwave, and saved by Troia, assisted by Epsilon, who recognizes her. However, when she reveals that the Titans do not recognize her, he pretends that he never knew who she was, either.
Having been filled in by Nightwing, Arsenal visits Chanda, who is preparing to leave. She says that she didn't reveal secret information, but she realizes that her presence endangers Lian - she must leave. Meanwhile, Shockwave is reprimanded for his failure to 'terminate' Arthur Hall. Donna tries one last person who might recognize her: Fay Evans, her adoptive mother. When even Fay does not recognize her, Donna surmises that this must be the work of her enemy Dark Angel, whom she had presumed dead. Her suspicions are confirmed, but as Dark Angel makes her presence felt, a group of Titans appears, and they are well aware of who Donna is.
