Synopsis: - Following the Cyborg incident, Dick Grayson, Wally West, Garth, Roy Harper and Donna Troy meet at a small sea food restaurant where they agree to reform the Titans and decide to nominate a new member each for the new team. Thirteen hours after the Titans have officially formed and while they are in the midst of building their new and improved headquarters they are attacked by the new H.I.V.E.
